Europe and Asia for over 50  years. Tankless Commercial Water Heaters - tankless hot water heater plumbing supply and commercial water products.  Also we offer a most beneficial item known as Aqua Mag Plus which works with the Tankless products to eliminate lime scale buildup. It also acts as a salt free/sodium free water softener. Further discussion on this unique product will be found under the separate heading of AquaMag Plus.  Tankless hot water heater systems set the standard. Hot Water Heaters which use Hot Water Tanks to store the hot water are being replaced by Tankless Commercial Heaters as the green concept of living with nature becomes the standard.

Tankless Commercial Water Heaters heat water directly without the use of a storage tank. By doing so, they avoid the standby heat losses associated with storage water heaters. When a hot water tap is turned on, cold water travels through a pipe into the unit. In an electric Tankless Commercial Water Heater an electric element heats the water. As a result, Tankless Commercial Water Heaters deliver a constant supply of hot water. You don't need to wait for a storage tank to fill up with enough hot water. Typically, Tankless Commercial Water Heaters provide hot water at a rate of 2 – 5 gallons (7.6 – 15.2 liters) per minute.

Storage tank-type water heaters raise and maintain the water temperature to the temperature setting on the tank (usually between 120° -140° F (49° -60° C). Even if no hot water is drawn from the tank (and cold water enters the tank), the heater will operate periodically to maintain the water temperature.

This is due to "standby losses": the heat conducted and radiated from the walls of the tank. These standby losses represent 10% to 20% of a household’s annual water heating costs. Heat only the water you need when you need it!

Tankless Commercial Water Heaters heat water directly without the use of a storage tank.  Therefore, they avoid the standby heat losses associated with storage water heaters. When a hot water tap is turned on, cold water travels through a pipe into the unit, this signals the heater that it is needed. In  an Electric Tankless Commercial Water Heater an electric element then heats the water. As a  result you receive a constant supply of hot water. You don't have the concern of "a storage tank" running out of water or the need of waiting for the tank to fill up with hot water. Tankless Commercial Water Heaters provide hot water at a rate of 2 - 5 gallons (7.6 - 15.2 liters) per minute.

The consumer merely installs a re-circulating system pump at the heater and a special valve at the furthest point from the heater. The valve is attached to the cold water  and hot water lines and allows hot water to flow through the hot water line past the valve and into the cold water line and therefore provides close to instant hot water when you ask for hot water by turning on the hot water faucet. It increases the temperature of the water in the line to 85-100 degrees and dramatically reduces the wait time for the 120 degree hot water coming from your heat system. Standard wait times for 120 degree water are reduced from 1-2 minutes to 5-10 seconds.
